Yesterday, June, 30, 2022 all pending items were completed and satisfactory satisfied by LGI Homes, thru Ulysses from LGI Homes in the best professional manner I ever had in my life before, he took all my case and re make the customer and builder with a new relationship. I got a shiny new home as LGI Homes promised in March 2021. Almost a year ago we bought our first house and we decided to buy with LGI HOMES... It was and is a terrible experience, there are many things that are wrong, their craftsmanship is very poor. and as much as we try to contact LGI to fix it, they just ignore us. I would not recommend anyone to buy a house with this company for any reason.
Going through the selling & buying process is stressful enough, then add in a pandemic & the crazy housing market. My experience couldn’t have been any easier working with JoAnn & LGI! They were flexible when my original closing date on the sale of my home fell through. JoAnn was an absolute pleasure to work with & she is definitely customer-service oriented! My family loves our new home & we are so thankful to have found LGI Homes!
