My experience was bad. I drove 7 hours and was only showed one house where the sale man only was interested in my buy a house. I was promo the house I requested to be very disappointed that I didn’t get to see. My sale man Mr.Marcus is so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend trying to buy a house or rent from him. Mrs Iveth was a nice person she explained everything to me and discussed the plan that I was getting.
My experience started a bit rough — the initial phone call and email took about a week to get a response, and even then, I didn’t receive much helpful info. My first contact was with the Conroe location, and after that, I was really disappointed and frustrated. So when someone from Wayside Village finally reached out, I was hesitant.
