My experience started a bit rough — the initial phone call and email took about a week to get a response, and even then, I didn’t receive much helpful info. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. As someone who works in the real estate industry, I’m truly disappointed with how poorly communication was handled throughout this process. I have a demanding schedule and limited availability to talk on the phone, which is why I requested communication via text or email. The entire crew was very knowledgeable and welcoming. They have the best rates and mortgage prices. 3k upfront, and it's all yours. I loved the fact that the house is newly built. They are VA loan friendly and definitely detailed. My time there left me very confident in owning my 1st home.
