We worked with Hailey and truly appreciated all of her kindness, information, and assistance in the home-buying process. The homes are very nice and reasonably priced. Great neighborhood with wonderful local amenities.
Update after living here for 6 months. The doors they installed are incredibly cheap. The screws in the hinges of the doors are already ripping out because the doors are made with cheap particle board. The yard around my house was used for construction debris burial ground. Some of the outlets are wobbly and not sturdy. In the kitchen, the floor board has an area that had something under it and there’s a bulge in it.
