Update after living here for 6 months. The doors they installed are incredibly cheap. The screws in the hinges of the doors are already ripping out because the doors are made with cheap particle board. The yard around my house was used for construction debris burial ground. Some of the outlets are wobbly and not sturdy. In the kitchen, the floor board has an area that had something under it and there’s a bulge in it. David is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the details of new homes. He's a professional and a good friend who treats the customer like a family member. Living in such a well-constructed home and friendly environment is truly enjoyable.
