Does not warrant even a star. They discriminated us based on the car we drove (borrowed) and they wanted to see our financial records. We were already approved for over $450K but didn't think the information was enough. I have a walker and was looked down upon when I entered the door. We even made an appointment and after two hours still didn't see a model home. Who needs to show credentials to browse a model home. Needless to say they lost out and we bought two homes and rent out the other, which was a big win for us!
