Didn't like the the landscaping.
We had a good experience overall with LGI Homes. The financing portion was a little rocky but they did make it all happen and we are so in love with our new home! Jeff Parks was great to work with, would definitely recommend asking for him!
I had the most amazing experience with this company on my first home purchase. Jeff Parker walked us through the entire process. He made sure that we understood everything and was extremely friendly and open about everything. He’s also a buyer as well. He lives in the neighborhood and let us know everything that was going to be happening in the neighborhood.
JEFF PARKS IS AN ABSOLUTE EXPERT IN HIS PROFESSION AS A SALES EXECUTIVE. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME FIND MY DREAM HOME. NOT ONLY WAS HE INCREDIBLY INFORMATIVE, BUT HE ALSO MADE ME FEEL COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
