I was disappointed with the sales person. I wanted to know which homes were still available. He text me only information about the homes. I’ve already been looking at these homes for over the last 20 months..I did not received any other services. Probably by now the homes might be all gone. Poor service
Worked with Alberto, sweet guy, really nice, very informative, not pushy at all. He allowed us to make our decisions. Now Hunter the building construction manager I believe?,we love Hunter he is great. Very thorough in our walkthrough of the home and you can tell passionate about his job. If he says something will get done. I truly trust him. He showed us how to file warranties, who to call, make sure there was room for us ask questions. Gave great advice.
