I moved in my house 2/25. I love my home but I find out the hard way on there warrants. We have not been in our home for a year. My stove panel broke so I called whirlpool and they told me to call LGI because it still under warranty. I called them they told me they can’t help because it passed inspection but the pipe was too small for whirlpool to fix the issue. DO NOT BUY from LGI. I've been living here almost 6 years! Water is HORRIBLE and expensive ($115 for 2 people), HOA is a joke. You can NEVER get a hold of anyone. They charge $525 a year no amenities only the park that was built THIS year that we were promised 6 years ago! This neighborhood is a joke!!! Be careful with them and do your research ! Alot of the neighbors have the same complaints all around.

It really wonderful for help homes make me so excited and looking forward to see Brad again! He’s so sweet to my kids for help the house with percents
I was disappointed with the sales person. I wanted to know which homes were still available. He text me only information about the homes. I’ve already been looking at these homes for over the last 20 months..I did not received any other services. Probably by now the homes might be all gone. Poor service
