Been living here since July 2021, and it has been a hassle since before even closing. Closing date was pushed back multiple times, and we had to pressure the LGI consultant multiple times to even give us updates. Once we were moved in (3 weeks after our initial closing day) the air conditioning quit working not even 90 days in. It is very frustrating dealing with a company like this that refuses to take accountability for anything. These homes were rushed. They were built quickly and poorly with lots of defects. And every time you put in a request for them to come and fix these defects you get push back after push back, you get excuses for why it's not their fault, and worse of all you get explanations for why this defect is actually "a natural process of the house settling", hoping that you're inexperienced or dumb enough to not know better becaus... read more
