For the area out in the flood zone and they want to charge 350k plus that's crazy and disgusting
Things went well early in the process and the sales representatives were very friendly. However upon the moment of the walk through and signing everything fell through and in rapid fashion. What happened seemed like a dream or nightmare to tell the truth. We had questions on some small details in the contract and we had a few outstanding issues we felt needed to be addressed before signing. to be honest I think the quality could be a bit better than what I saw...the people or sales agents were extremely nice,friendly and welcoming,,so if you're ok with what you see than you should go for it cause thr prices are @ good level,,it looks like it's gonna decrease again..good luck to all of you
