If you are thinking of buying with LGI, do not believe anything they tell you and be careful when to give the deposit to start the process. It has been the most dishonest experience I have ever had. Do not trust this company. Look for more reviews on sites where real people can comment and you will see that they are not trustworthy. The houses are beautiful and the people in the office are great.
LGI homes are a bunch of scam artists. They will take your money and bend you over. RUN AWAY! Companies like this one will be bankrupt in the coming recession. Don't buy from them unless you have deep pockets and can repair your home when it starts to fail in six months!!!! No Due Diligence allowed, no inspection allowed.
