My daughter bought a house 3 1/2 months ago in this subdivision and the granite already cracked and they don’t want to fix it properly. They just wanna put some glue on it. Also they’ve had to have the pest control come here several times just to get rid of the bugs and they’re still not gone.
My experience here was amazing. If you’re here looking for a home ask for Caesar Bravo! He is a great man and has been such a great help to me and my Wife!
Back in 2023 we used to work with an lgi agent Jason Grace if I'm not mistaken who assured us that we definitely qualified considering all the docs submitted and reviewed, even provided with some extra, yet they turned us down. I mean, why keep our hopes up and then say, sorry, you don't qualify. Just wasted our time there. But, the universe kind of gave us a sign lol, we drove by the construction site of those houses we applied for, and oh man, the quality of the materials they used for them, I mean they used the cardboard ... read more
