We were really interested in one of their ready to build home, but they have zero none nada customization option. Would not let us take the property with no flooring or interior paint. I really do not want to buy a brand new home and immediately turn around and replace the flooring cabinet stain and repaint the walls and I am not a fan of their style. And all the properties in community have thus the identical interior. LGI really needs to rethink their approach.
I was up there visiting and we took a tour through these homes. And they are nice but they're way out of my price range. But they are very nice homes.
Very nice homes..large open floor plans. Great community center. If you're ready to retire you need to come and take a look. 2000sq/ft for under $700,000
Excited to move in.3 years ago i have it 5 stars. But after a change in the HOA general manager who has a habit of passing the buck. The water main breaking twice. the unusual wear and tear of the carpet and the wood laminate. The lack of care of the dog park i am not impressed. I was told that the upkeep of the dog park is DENOVA responsibility until it is turned over to the home owners.
