After just 4 months of house hunting, we finally found our first home! Huge thanks to Luis for making it happen. The dogs are in heaven with their new backyard, and we couldn’t be happier in our cozy, quiet neighborhood.
Homes are horribly made, paint is cheap can barley touch or wipe ,flooring lifts, shower plastics came off easily, toilet paper holders fall off, door handles don't use to much , they come off. O and let's not forget it smells like sewer when you turn on the water. this area is not welcoming, my car got stolen and kinda trashy.
Don’t buy in this neighborhood Very dirty Everyone comes out to dump animals and trash Lot of homeless hiding behind the whataburger Not a good area if you have children
These homes are built quick and poorly. The windows are popping out of the wall and do not close or lock correctly. Half painted or no paint at all in certain areas. Leaks are to be expected but these homes all have them.
