CONSTANT vehicle break ins! My family has lived here all of 2 months and our cars have been broken into 3+ times! Also, there are a number of loose dogs on a consistent basis roaming the streets all times of day. One specific pack of 3 I noticed don’t even belong to any one... read more
I walked in there saw a lady asleep on her desk I had an appointment with a gentleman named Brian , he wasn’t there he could’ve told me he wasn’t there. So I walked out , very disappointed with the poor communication with Brian and the young lady later found out her name was may pena . Will never go back purchased a home with KB Homes .
It was a great experience over all the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we did have issues come up with admissions over some details but over all Brian in sales helped me and wife out a lot, took time from his days off to come in and help as well, was very through and when he didn't know something he was and to find me an answer right away, all that was greatly appreciated
Started this process in December of last year and believed it would take me a while. Luckily I found Brian who guided me and helped me find the perfect home. He was very helpful and attentive, always looking out for the best deals and information he could give me. Definitely recommend and would recommend to fellow family and friends.
