We had a great time buying a house from LGI. Had a wait on closing day but Erick at LGI made us laugh the whole time it was a very stressful time,but in the end we had a very nice home.

We rent & have been here almost a year. Over the last month th we have received 3 fines from the HOA for things that have been there since we moved in? Seem like the HOA board it just trying to get as much money as they can now. When we first moved we were told there wasn't really any HOA guidelines to speak of. Why were we not notified in some way on what the guidelines were & when they would take effect? Terrible communication
Not sure what’s been happening or if new HOA committee has been assigned but for the last two months it seems as if there’s a hall monitor going around nitpicking and assessing fines for every little thing. Why is it that if the trash is dumped on Monday, by Tuesday morning if my trash can happens to be IN MY YARD BY THE GARAGE you are assessing a FINE!? My trash can is in my garage 99% of the time and the ONE time it’s left out your passing out violations. Miserable association you guys make people hate living in an HOA. No... read more
