I went to view a home for potential purchase but was told that only show home’s to pre-approved individuals. I give it four stars because I would like to have been told this prior to my commute.
Great community with welcoming staff. Was great working with Juan Valdez. If you’re are looking for a home with a value friendly to your budget, check them out.
My experience with this LGI property has been bittersweet from the beginning to now. Just when I try to be happy about my purchase something else happens and it reminds me how I regret my purchase. I just hit my 2year mark and I have had more problems than someone in a 5-10year home. Best advice I can give is PLEASE get your own inspector to view the home before you purchase and at you 11month inspection, because once things start breaking down, which they will, you will be held responsible. Nice built homes
I like the homes but one thing that I did not like is the master onsuite has only one sink vanity no doubles at all.
