Frist off, they take your money and ghost you. I had to go up there, personally, several times to try and get things done and nothing. Unprofessional and pushy, they don't even care enough to get their information right. The paperwork was done wrong. It felt like we were being scammed. We were willing to pay extra for something that we were led to believe was a good investment. In the end, after FINALLY getting the paperwork later, it was clear that this company was just setting us up for failure.
It's a pretty nice neighborhood. We enjoy living in this area.
