Did a walk through on my new house. Kelly with LGI was very knowledgeable about every detail of the mechanical and other aspects of the punch list. Seems trustworthy, confident, and great to work with.

Questionable business model. Never got pushed so hard by a salesman for a deposit. Last time I ever felt this was through a phone scam. Spent hours on their useless marketing lectures just to see two homes for like 10 minutes.
It's pretty quiet around here and very clean building. I like that they have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for a decent price. The manger is awesome and she goes out of her way for you and she makes sure to get back to you right with any concerns or questions you may have. I also love that they don't have a dog breed restriction here. Only down fall is not enough garages for the tenants. I hope they do build more though. The apartments are not tiny for being apartments especially the 3 bedrooms 2 baths.
