Manny and Angela had a hell of a time getting into a new home. Over the past 8 years I have tried to buy a new home and everyone said no. I had not the perfect credit score a bankruptcy and a house that I co-signed for my sister over 20 years ago and I had it removed from my credit report. But they were able to get me into a home. Even when that other house popped at closing. If I had to do it all over again I would.
Our realtor Manny and staff at LGI are amazing. They helped my husband and I get our first home. They gave us advice on how to fix our credit. We would refer our family and friends to come to LGI. Thank you Manny and staff at LGI. Keep up the great work.
After living in our new build for 7 months, I can officially say we hate it. Our house that was built in 1960 is better than this one. Don’t get me wrong, the house is beautiful but that’s all it is! It’s built half assed. And I mean so poorly. From the caulk around the sinks constantly cracking, to the stuccos constant cracking, dimensions not being even, and now in the middle of the winter we are without heat. We have been for a week.
