Our first housing experience with LGI home ( Christine Walker) and other staffs is very amazing. They are very professional, experienced and supportive indeed. They explained everything in details during and after the processing , and everything went well. Christine is a very dedicated and honest personality to deal with and we really appreciate all their efforts in getting our new home . LGI home manager ( Joe Allen and others staffs ) are all appreciated as well. Cheers
The houses are nice and affordable, I bought one over a year ago. I'm not sure what has gotten into the HOA, lately. But your children are not allowed to leave there bike in the driveway unattended to come in and eat dinner. That was literally the strangest HOA warning. I've ever received in my life. Meanwhile the 14 months I've lived here, there are people that have never put there trash cans away. Have box trailers in their driveway, that's cool. But for godsakes do not let it be a child's bike in the driveway for an hour.
