The houses are nice and affordable, I bought one over a year ago. I'm not sure what has gotten into the HOA, lately. But your children are not allowed to leave there bike in the driveway unattended to come in and eat dinner. That was literally the strangest HOA warning. I've ever received in my life. Meanwhile the 14 months I've lived here, there are people that have never put there trash cans away. Have box trailers in their driveway, that's cool. But for godsakes do not let it be a child's bike in the driveway for an hour.
Recently purchased a home from this builder- very appreciative of Christine who helped answer all of my questions and continued to do so throughout the process. I had visited several new developments and did not feel the same confidence and trust as I did with Christine. Ian took care of any construction questions and concerns prior to closing.
The home buying experience here was great and Christine was amazing! She made everything easy and worked through the process every step helping make this buy happen. She added a great personal touch
