You will not find better people to go through the home buying process with. If you do decide to give LGI a go, you MUST have Ryan Beaver as your man. Ryan is my final deciding factor to leave this review, (Don’t get me wrong, others attached to LGI were good as well but did not go above and beyond for me the way that Ryan did without me asking or expecting) and if I could give 100 stars to him I would. Ryan was great. He was friendly and his customer service was excellent. We ended up buying a different home from a different community but he still went the extra mile to make sure we could get our earnest money back and let us know if we had any questions on the process to reach out even though we weren’t buying a house from him.
Ryan Beaver was very professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of working with him. He had extensive knowledge and expertise that set him apart. He is definitely worth asking for. I will be sending friends and family his way!
