Ryan was great. He was friendly and his customer service was excellent. We ended up buying a different home from a different community but he still went the extra mile to make sure we could get our earnest money back and let us know if we had any questions on the process to reach out even though we weren’t buying a house from him.
Ryan Beaver was very professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of working with him. He had extensive knowledge and expertise that set him apart. He is definitely worth asking for. I will be sending friends and family his way!

True LGI fashion! Just moved in and the closet has completely collapsed… Please don’t let the “First time home buyer” reviews fool you. That haven’t moved in and discovered all the poor quality building yet. Also my side walk out front is ruined because the ground is sinking and my drive way has already sunk 2”. Good job LGI! Keep building houses in 3 months and taking advantage of first time home buyers!
