True LGI fashion! Just moved in and the closet has completely collapsed… Please don’t let the “First time home buyer” reviews fool you. That haven’t moved in and discovered all the poor quality building yet. Also my side walk out front is ruined because the ground is sinking and my drive way has already sunk 2”. Good job LGI! Keep building houses in 3 months and taking advantage of first time home buyers!

LGI was absolutely amazing! We were first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect. Ryan Beaver and the others during the process made everything a breeze.
