Be very careful if you are comparing these to builders like Richmond American/Blackpines etc. It’s very obvious these homes were build in rush. I did not have the best experience as a first time home buyer with LGI. Signing my paperwork (which is supposed to be exciting) took over 4 hours as there were various mistakes and amendments needed. I am very pleased with my LGI purchase. As a first time home buyer, this could of been a stressful experience. David Pratt was amazing and kept this entite experience and process stress free. David is a great guy and one the reasons i purchased. This is a great little community and close to everything, but yet still feels like country. Im very pleased with my purchase and thankful LGI and David made the process stress free. I LOVE MY HOME!
