What I love about Cresson Estates is they offer a 'Rent to Own' program for those who are not quite ready for home ownership. This is an amazing program that helps families get into the homes they love even quicker. Highly recommend considering living here.

The homes seem to be really nice but the sales people here are EXTREMELY pushy . There is a difference in a good sales man and someone that ignores what you are telling them your interests are in a home and for your family . The neighborhood is not very welcoming as it is in the middle of no where ..
