I’m a realtor and this was one of my best experiences. Carlos and Elizabeth and the manager (can’t remember his name) were all SO kind! I loved the approval process and breaking down payment costs for my clients. It was awesome.!
Josh receives 5 stars as a rep. Lgi receives 3 stars as a business. Josh did really well at maintaining contact and putting us in a great position (as far as understanding) for homeownership. Very understanding, kind, and patient. Was not pushy and did his job very well.
Carlos was so kind and thoughtful while we were working on closing and learning about our new home. I really appreciated his attention to helping us settle in.
First of all, I do love the community, lots of kids which is great for new families like us, very calm and safe town. I love our home, the space that separates the backyards from the other homes, and we do have nice and big backyards. I will say that the AC for the small homes was not designed properly. It was designed for 92 degrees outdoor temperature and thermostat at 75 degrees so if its hotter outside (which will be) and you prefer your home to be at less than 75 (most of us do) it will just not happen.
