We were looking to buy a home in Poinciana Fl...needless to say they were VERY VERY pushy, then ended up lying and harassing text messages to my son. Then it was oh credit issue here and work time frame there and the the lender said we will have to now wait 60 days out. The houses are great. Community is still being built but it's quiet and we love it.
