I am a resident of Riverchase Estates in Lancaster SC LGI got rid of our communtity management co Key and went ultra cheap and installed CAMS CAMS is a nameplate only they do nothing to improve or just maintain the high standards that we were accustomed to with Key i have been trying to have have a pothole repaired which has now become the grand canyon of the east coast and nothing is being done but they sure can send out bills if LGI is the developer stay away from that neighborhood
LGI cmon man. I understand making a profit but every single home in my neighborhood has had issues. Now after y’all fixed my bathroom twice in two years, you say we are out of warranty because y’all didn’t do it right? I’ll make sure to always tell everyone never buy an LGI home.
How do I file an insurance claim against the builder for poor workmanship causing water damage.
***BUYER BEWARE*** read full review!! LGI does not properly vet their contractors and they do not do things the right way, they do everything possible to cut corners when building your homes. We were looking to buy a home in Poinciana Fl...needless to say they were VERY VERY pushy, then ended up lying and harassing text messages to my son. Then it was oh credit issue here and work time frame there and the the lender said we will have to now wait 60 days out. My son and his family are HOMELESS we were trying to get into a home within the 30 days. Then the realtor was having way to much with my husband SSN constantly checking his credit.
