We bought a home in jacksonville fl. About to be a year in Sep of 26. Woohoo for them, being as our warranty will be up. 1. My wife and I purchased our first home and have had nothing but issues along the way. Living in our new home for the past 3 years now. Someone please reach out to me before I take legal action. This is disappointing Issue 1: mold. Our master bathroom mirror has had issues with condensation and mold behind it. Issue 2: one of our electrical outlets under a window is showing signs of water. I put 1,000 dollars down on Atticus, and the rooms were small I have a king and queen bed plus the 1,700 months mortgage was to much. I tried to convince my self but couldn't, now rent is due and I'm out 1,000 dollars be very very careful with LGI.
