I put 1,000 dollars down on Atticus, and the rooms were small I have a king and queen bed plus the 1,700 months mortgage was to much. I tried to convince my self but couldn't, now rent is due and I'm out 1,000 dollars be very very careful with LGI.

HOMEBUYERS BEWARE!!! LGI does not care about the quality of their homes. All they care about is getting them finished and sold asap. They hire subpar contractors who take no pride in the work and display only poor workmanship while using only the cheapest materials. Their only goal is slapping it together as fast as they can and getting on to the next house. Bought a home, there were cracks everywhere and I was told it was normal and the house was settling. 7 years later, our house has sunk 2 inches, our Driveway is cracking in several areas. Inside the home and garage the walls are separated from the roof and or ceiling. The roof was built with 2x4's and was supposed to be 2x6's so the tile on the roof is way too heavy and the 2x4's are too small to keep it from having in. DO NOT BUY A LGI HOME!!!!!

I bought my house on 2019 and mold instantly started coming out I submitted a claim and they have tried to fix the issue but mold keeps coming out. I am so devastated because I paid my house cash all my hard working money to a home I didn’t expect to come with mold problems! The hard part I can’t even sale it because of the mold!
