I bought my house on 2019 and mold instantly started coming out I submitted a claim and they have tried to fix the issue but mold keeps coming out. I am so devastated because I paid my house cash all my hard working money to a home I didn’t expect to come with mold problems! The hard part I can’t even sale it because of the mold!
I had a very disappointing experience with LGI Homes related to a property management transition and the handling of tenant funds. I paid my January rent in advance through the prior resident portal in good faith. Due to a management change, the payment was later reclassified as a “refund,” with documentation showing the refund entry dated 12/24. I am a resident of Riverchase Estates in Lancaster SC LGI got rid of our communtity management co Key and went ultra cheap and installed CAMS CAMS is a nameplate only they do nothing to improve or just maintain the high standards that we were accustomed to with Key i have been trying to have have a pothole repaired which has now become the grand canyon of the east coast and nothing is being done but they sure can send out bills if LGI is the developer stay away from that neighborhood
