Everything seems seamless until you get in there and start having actual problems. Everyone just seems to pass off your concerns to the next person. House isn't set up to have internet which is frustrating when you work form home. **Just coming to back to reiterate that DO NOT BUY HERE. Its been problem after problem. Now I have a sewage smell in my sink that I plumber told me I could do nothing about. Sidewalk is eroding, vents are coming lost and falling down, door handle broke off in my hand.

Even though the buying process is not a stress free process and there is alot of paperwork, the hard work of Eddie and the team really helped us stay encouraged and my family was able to purchase our 1st Home.
