Let me start by saying this review will be after I have owned an lgi home for over 4 years now. The buying process is streamlined I’ll give th credit where it’s due. During the buying process everyone involved was extremely helpful. Now with that being said the day we closed and got keys my hot water heater required a 500 dollar repair. Bad parts you say?
