I love my house, it has great use of space and big rooms compared to the average 3 bedroom home. When we started looking in April 2025 at this neighborhood, my husband and I promised that my homeowner’s insurance and HoA were covered through the year, but shortly after our purchase, our mortgage was sold to another company, so now we have to get it through a company we choose….this is super fun, especially when we were not informed of it being canceled until Aug 11, 2025 and were given 15 days to comply.
