I’m about to cancel my lease to own today, reason being there are to many hands at play and communication is confusing and spotty. You never truly know what is going on! 0 stars if I could rate them, avoid this builder. We were hesitant on buying here at first so we decided to lease and see if we like it first and so glad we did. Terrible build quality/structural issues, house is not sealed on the exterior, rats get inside the outer walls. Pipes freeze when cold, draft in the walls upstairs sound like paint cans and bowling bowls rolling around in the attic( wish I could upload videos to show all issues).
