As a first time home buyer , everything was new and scary, Justin eased our minds and broke down and explained everything to help us fufill the dream of being a homeowner. Justin in the front office was again very knowledgable and excited about the neighborhood and future amenities and would recommend him to anyone buying their first or next home.

Be aware that 5 star reviews are being left by folks that just purchased and might not yet moved into their LGI house. We are coming up on our third anniversary of moving into ours. During the first year, we had multiple warranty repairs done including repairing the glass shower door that refuses to stay aligned, chipped mirrors that needed replacing, removing misplaced cabinet screws and carpet nails that caused injuries, and resealing and refinishing a leaking window. My fiancé & I recently purchased and moved into our home at Big Sky. Josh helped us from start to finish and answered any and all questions we had. He gave us weekly update videos on the status of the house giving us peace of mind as well as fuel for our excitement. It was such a pleasure working with him and we are incredibly happy with our new home.
