The office staff were nice. They offer good incentives, but make sure you ask for the best deal/incentive. I repeat, ask for the best numbers. If they tell you that running numbers or starting over will delay something, who cares. Tell them to run them so you can compare them for yourself. It could save you A LOT of money over the life of the loan. The builder/construction managers were great.
