DO NOT buy with LGI. We bought a home from them in Monroe in 2020. They hire the sketchiest people to construct these houses, some of whom I don’t think have any idea what they’re even doing. Everyone in our neighborhood has had issues with their home, with little to no resolution from the builder. I feel these homes are poorly constructed and LGI misrepresents the amenities. Very nice and quiet community will visit again
They throw these houses up way too fast with the cheapest materials possible. I have lived in my home for one year and my doors are falling off of the cabinets along with everything else falling apart each day, it's hard to I understand how something so new is falling apart so fast. The HOA is a whole PAIN in itself I don't even want to check the mail with wondering what mediocre letter I will have from them next.
I have lived in the Beason Creek community for 5 months now and the HOA for this area is the biggest pain. They are extremely vague about all violations sent out and it seems as if violations are constantly popping up. I have kept my home and the outside of it in great shape while there are other places that look absolutely terrible which never seem to change at all. This community also uses a community mailbox location which I have had multiple problems with when it comes to packages. If the HOA would change and mail boxes ... read more
We took a look at a home that was sold (not a model home), and the construction of this home was sub-par at best. Several cabinets were not mounted correctly and the ceiling sheetrock was not aligned properly. Take heed and stay away from this homebuilder... YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
