This place is a SCAM. I bought from them 3rd party as well and the item was listed as new. Come to find out, it not only had fingerprints on it but the previous owners information was STILL on the thing! How is this legal? Listing items as new that are used with someone elses information on it. Contacting the BBB and my local DA
I ordered a H&R Block Tax Software Deluxe 2015 + state through Walmart and they were a third party distributor. I received the package earlier this week and was able to open it this morning. Much to my surprise upon opening the product, there was NO DISK inside of the case. I have sent an email to LGeOO and am currently awaiting a reply.
I bought an iPhone 7 which was listed as new (through Walmart's marketplace). When opening it: the original box wrapping was gone, some of the documentation that comes with it was also missing, the SIM card tray extractor was missing as well. The phone was in the wrong place, which means someone took and the put it there, and lost some things out of the box in the process. They will not answer any claims of that sort. Do not buy from them.
This place is the greatest! I purchased a new-in-the-box Nikon Df camera from them for eight hundred bucks lower than anyplace else! It was NOT a gray market camera either! How do I know that you ask? Well, I needed to send the camera back to Nikon for some work (Nikon’s fault, not LGeOO’s fault). Nikon does NOT honor the warranty on grey market cameras, nor do they do non-warranty repairs on gray market cameras. They won’t even touch them at all. Bought a camera (Nikon D810) from LGeOO, it is the worst online buying experience I have. They took more than 3 working day to ship. I got the camera 8 days after they ship. When the camera got here, it is a non-functional or defeated unit. The camera does not focus, does not take picture, buttons do not response... I asked for return and refund, they accepted but never sent the return shipping label to me even they keep saying they did, so I end up to pay for the return shipping myself.
