Our Navien tankless water heater was acting freakish, taking up to 20 minutes to make it warm enough to take a shower without a sudden blast of cold water. Navien recommended LGE, but at first we were reluctant to call them because of their $189 flat diagnostic fee. After calling several others that did not seem to know what was wrong (and one estimated up to $500 without any assurance the repair would work), we called LGE.
