I’m leaving a 1star because I have to. LG&E is one of the most crooked companies in the city. They don’t care about their customers one bit.
Impossible to get ahold of and can’t pay my bill because my account number doesn’t work
Horrendous customer service. No coordination or communication. Rude and regularly breaks laws and safety guidelines
