Worst experience ever. All the calling and having to keep sending the same documents is crazy. Every time I call someone tells me something different!
The power is out in our neighborhood again which just happens to be the 3rd time this week. Only parts of the neighborhood is without power, kinda looks they the pick and choose the houses. KU claims it's weather ... yes it's hot, we've had hotter, but we never had this problem until a crew was working on the lines at the front of the neighborhood. Since KU says it's the homeowners fault for using so much electricity how about they replace the lines to better suit our neighborhood needs.
