I was sold a system that was supposed to produce 150% of my power consumption and after two years it has never even produced 90% of my power consumption. I have tried multiple times to question this with their team and they ignore my phone calls and emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Alex is very knowledgeable and was able to anticipate and answer all of my questions. He tried to honor my time constraints. Everyone who has contacted me from Legacy has been very friendly and courteous.
