I live in Antioch CA, Michael Davis and Bryan Burgos came to offer their solar panels, promised to refund $8,000 to change our roof and sign with them. When they gave us the options on our payments they said they couldn't lower it because it had included the reimbursement of $8,000. Not to mention we had 3 other companies offering us deals. One of their sales reps came banging on my door at night and tried to sell me on some solar and battery mix. Unwanted and unwelcome.
I had a great experience with LGCY POWER. I live in Windsor and was tired of pge ripping me off. I got panels and batteries saving over 30% on my bill.
We recently had a very large oak tree branch fall on our house, causing significant damage and forcing us to make some unexpected changes, including canceling our solar contract. When we reached out to Payton, our LGCY rep, he handled the situation with speed, professionalism, and empathy. Little to no support and now or sales rep Caleb ghosted us once we signed. Our panels have been installed but unconnected for over a month so now we're just paying PG&E and LGCY. I regret going with this company and warned my neighbor to not use them as well. We were promised a solar hub and now they are saying they don't have any more so it's basically just "tough luck" even though we signed a contract with the understanding we would be getting that.
