I live in Antioch CA, Michael Davis and Bryan Burgos came to offer their solar panels, promised to refund $8,000 to change our roof and sign with them. When they gave us the options on our payments they said they couldn't lower it because it had included the reimbursement of $8,000. Not to mention we had 3 other companies offering us deals.
