This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! It took them a year to get the solar installed initially, with problem after problem. Now, since they messed up with the install and left holes in my roof, it has a major leak that is destroying my living room and causing significant damage. I have been going back and forth with LGCY Power since 10/2025 after coming home to a huge leak in a our ceiling. We had three different roofing contractors including one that LGCY sent out to look at the roof AND THEY ALL SAID THAT IT WAS DUE TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE SOLAR PANELS. Communication has been terrible to say the very least. A rep from LGCY Power also came out and had to re-calk the anchor points on the solar panels, what does that tell you? I would give Lgcy Power a ZERO star review if it was possible. We have been dealing with an ongoing leak over our patio porch that was caused by the anchor holes that were drilled into the roof to install the solar panels. This has been an ongoing issue since OCTOBER of 2025. They sent a contractor from Lgcy to look at the leak, and then weeks later a different representative from Lgcy came out to reseal the holes.
