Wish I could put a 0. Tried pushing solar panels on my wife and I through Duke’s “no power bill solar panels” program. It is VERY MISLEADING. I would ask a question and never get a straight answer. They only want to trap you in their contacts full of fine print and fees. After we told them we didn’t want to they TRIED TO CHARGE US 3800 DOLLARS for measuring our roof, which they never did. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This company took advantage of my senior citizen mother (with barely any income) and scammed her out of ten's of thousands of dollars for a pathetic solar panel system. She did not understand the contract nor what they were selling to her, but they talked enough around the contract to get her to sign. This is the most vile of sales tactics.

This was a scam. I have had it for 2 years. My homeowners association wants me to remove it because they did not get the approval like they told me. I was never able to get the tax break. Electric bill didn’t go down and System stopped working and everyone tells me they can’t help me, but I still have to pay this bill for these panels if I could give a negative on the stars I would if someone shows up in your yard turn the sprinklers on

SCAM. Was told that I'd have little to no electric bill. That was a lie. Was also told that I'd qualify for a tax credit. That too was a lie. Now I'm stuck paying two electricity bills.
