On September 30, 2025, I contacted LGCY Power's customer service to report an active roof leak occurring beneath the solar panel system installed by the company in 2023. This leak has caused significant water damage to my home, including soaked attic insulation, compromised drywall, and a saturated primary bedroom ceiling—where water actively drips whenever it rains. If I could give negative stars I would. This has been the biggest scam of my life. They promise you the world and you get nothing. Still have a $465 power bill on top of the $400 solar panel bill every month. Absolute ripoff and no one does anything other than try to sell you more! TERRIBLE.
