If 0 stars were possible, that would be more fitting. LGCY Power installed solar panels on my home 2 years ago. My roof is only 5 years old, and because of improper installation, I now have a severe roof leak, moisture in my attic, destroyed insulation and extreme water damage to my bedroom ceiling. After a month of constant emails and phone calls, LGCY Power continues to refuse to repair their installation mistake. LGCY apparently isn't paying out their reps anymore. It's been over five months and I haven't heard back from them or been paid the $25k I'm still owed. I will be more than happy to remove this once I've been paid. I spent HOURS while being a full time college student working and calling and bringing you deals and now I'm in a bad situation because you guys aren't paying people.
Great company and amazing customer service. Jonathan Travis does a good job and communicates back and forth nicely. Highly recommended.
This is the best solar company! I've been in the business for years & never have I seen an office filled with the passion that this bunch has. Not only are they paramount in team work but hold customer experience in the highest regards. 2nd to none!
