UPDATE: Got contacted after 4 weeks of nothing being scheduled. Yesterday, they called said they will come today any time from 8am-12pm. Ok fine, not fun having a 4 hour window but sure, whatever, we can make it work. Sure enough, 12:30pm comes around and STILL NO TECHNICIAN AT OUR HOUSE!! There are pools of water leaking profusely into my bedroom window pane and water damage all down the wall because of their poor installation. We’ve been waiting weeks for someone to come and every time we call a “Jordan” and/or “Chanel” tells us to wait stating “my team will call you.” We haven’t been called by anyone in nearly a month! We were also informed by Chanel that it sometimes takes 7-10 days to have a person come out. My house will be drenched by then! This is unacceptable!
Currently on day 21 since making a service request from LGCY after informing them of a potential roof leak from crappy solar panel installation. I get an email every 5 days or so saying something along the lines of "so sorry for the delay. We are actively trying to get a service appointment schedule but that has not happened yet. We will contact you soon" Joke of a company and this is unacceptable behavior. I need someone to help me ASAP. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this is INSANE!
EDIT: After having it some time, I am changing it to one star. Consider yourself lucky if you are in an area that has decent techs. I am better off learning how to diagnose solar myself and would probably do better than what I have got the last year and half. I'll give them a 2 star just because they were nice when talking to. Issues with LGCY began immediately. The sales rep we worked with completely ghosted us and ignored all phone calls after we signed up. The solar system estimate was inaccurate and it produces less than we were told it would. An installer ran into our car leaving our home after instillation. The supervisor had to tell him to come back to show us his passport ID for a police report (no drivers license/no insurance).
