GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! We knew we would have to replace the roof at some point in the future so we asked about the removal of the panels and the re-install... we were told by the reps that we would be able to call it in and they would come out and remove and replace them when we were ready. What we didn't expect was that 4 years later we are needing a WHOLE ROOF REPLACEMENT because of the big nails they use and the leak they are having because work wasn't done right. Very grateful for TJ and Mike for coming to our Home geiving us the info to go solar. With the outages my community has this was one of the best decisions I’ve made to go solar with LGCY. Thank you all that came out to install our panels.
Jashawn was knowledgeable and patient with me to help me to make a well informed decision on my utility needs.
Awful. Don’t give them your money. There are better, honest companies out there. They suck!
