Jacob was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the product in depth and took the time to answer all our questions honestly. He even talked somewhat about his personal life which made the process more comfortable and friendly. Great employee.
They installed the panels fine and the electricians they're using as a third party were kind, but then they have left us in the dark about next steps to finish the install. They introduced a new person to the process who tried to tell us that a solar hub was a limited time offer even though we signed a contract with the understanding that we would be getting one.
