Being responsible for commercial buildings I look at not just cost for a job but also, almost more importantly, communication. Clear communication with the techs is imperative and LGC has not disappointed. The techs will always give detailed explanations of what they will need to do to resolve the plumbing problem and offer options if applicable. I've never felt any of my questions were not answered. I had a very disappointing experience. The plumber came in for less than five minutes, failed to identify the problem, and still billed me for 1.75 hours of service. I have video evidence confirming how brief the visit was. I later had to call my AC technician, who quickly found the real issue—a broken exhaust pipe on the roof—and fixed it right away. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of proper diagnosis and the inaccurate billing

The guy who drives the truck around, with the 00333 number by the plate is going to cause a major crash. He runs up to turns, jumps over, cuts everyone off, zig zag lanes, speeds, almost hit me as I was driving my son to therapy. Seriously. I wouldn't even bother hiring someone who drives like they are the most important, super entitled person even and presents that sort of danger on the road.

Absolutely unprofessional, they will rip you off. They will bill you over $1000 just for pressure leak and we didn’t have any leak. They will rob you don’t call them find someone else they are very rude. Craig is the manger and he is extremely unprofessional and condescending.
