My mom, daughter and I came for a girls trip down to St. Augustine. This place was beautiful, clean, conveniently located and we absolutely loved the amenities. The beach was perfect and we were so impressed by the stay overall. Already planning our next trip! Vacasa made the whole process so smooth and easy. I had an email issue early on and also had amazing experience with their customer service.
We rented “The Marvelous” (it’s “OK”) in Flagler Beach for a family reunion. Check-in was as frustrating as stated in the other reviews-- same experience for us. Aside from some other quirks, the entire upstairs floor housing 6 people did not have a/c. We contacted the local agent, Natasha, and she sent a technician who confirmed that the a/c was not working on the top floor. Hybiscus house was great for our family vacation. It had plenty of space not to mention the beautiful landscape. It was close enough to downtown and the beach was beautiful. St. Augustine has become one of my favorite locations. Lots of history, boutiques and restaurants.
Great location- Ocean & Raquet Club on A1A- St. Aug. Very clean. Got locked out due to key pad battery needing replacing— took almost 2 hours to get back in unit. Only 1 mgr nearby to handle issue. Unit in need of many upgrades—- very tired looking. Kitchen needs fridge & oven replaced. Fridge painted to hide rust. Tape on part of kitchen counter to keep Formica in place. We had such a great time staying at The Lodge. It was a beautifully preserved historic find. We loved have private access to the river and ocean. I could sit out on the porch and read and enjoy watching my family run around. We had a good time fishing, swimming, and paddle boarding, not to mention seashells galore. We can’t wait to visit again!!
