We were very happy with our stay in St. Augustine at royal residence. The home was centrally located near shopping, beaches, historic old town and lots of restaurants. It’s a family friendly walkable neighborhood that is very safe. Vacasa responded right away if we needed anything or had questions. We would highly recommend staying here. A great place to vacation. Absent customer support and lack of basic amenities. Not where you want to book for your family or friends if they have basic expectations or standards.
This place was amazing and much more!! The staff was quick and friendly to answer any questions. Kitchen appliances are up to date! Pots, pans,utensils, dishes everything needed was at our disposal. Bedrooms are comfortable everything we needed in bathrooms!! Everything was incredibly clean and cozy. A lot of local delicious eateries close by. We’ll come back for sure! And definitely highly recommend if you’re looking for a great clean place to stay!! 😉👍🏼
