A bit disappointed. We have a lighter colored sectional, but it’s been looking dingy. So I called LG services. They removed one of two stains completely which was awesome !Unfortunately the rest looks worse than before. They said that it kept pulling up more dirt while suctioning it. (Even the though the solid white cushion inside the cover is bright white). So now it’s more of a brown couch. I feel like they should have just kept suctioning until the dirt stopped coming out? I would have paid more if needed. Or even stopped... read more

Exceeded expectations. Incredibly easy to schedule, get a quote and received reminders and an accurate ETA. The team was very thorough and took pride in their work. I had them clean multiple area rugs, a large sectional, recliner, and all of my very kid-stained dining room chairs. Everything looks fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
These guys were fantastic! Incredibly helpful and professional while I was trying to sell my house! They were responsive and flexible to the timeline I needed. Stretched the carpet, cleaned it - brought in extra fans at no extra charge to help get it dry in time for a showing. Did excellent work on getting stains out. Highly recommend!
