Left in pain with broken tooth fragments—avoid this clinic I had a terrible experience with Dr. Puckett. I went in to have 6 teeth pulled, but Dr. Puckett broke 3 of them during the procedure and left the fragments inside my mouth.I have complained several times about the pain and issues this is causing, but Dr. Puckett refuses to remove the remaining teeth fragments. I am someone who is typically extremely scared of having any kind of dental or medical work of any kind done, but I can say with the highest degree of certainty that Dr. Puckett and his staff are the best dental professionals I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of different ones.
