Our AC system is only two years old. The heater had worked fine all winter but once we switched to AC, only the fan would work. After a couple of calls we found that LG Pros handled warranty work. They identified the problem, got the manufacturer clearance, replaced parts at no charge and we are enjoying the comfort.
