Weird how they're still doing the whole mask thing inside. Ladies at the front desk are very loud and gossipy amongst each other. Half the time I can barely hear the one I'm talking to upon check in/out.
I have no problem with the Doctors in the group. The office is very poorly managed. You call to get appointment or advise due to health issue and they never call back. They lie and tell you they have a note in chart that someone contacted you or that there phones were not working. Thank God that my injury did not cause death. There could have been and could continue to be a risk of that, you never know. The office never called back for 4 days. Asked to speak with management they did not return call either.
Per the receptionist, they "are not accepting new patients due to difficulties recruiting new physicians."
Doctors are Ok , But a Little Conservative ! But I’m going to Them for there Medical marijuana program ! I'll be Back To Report Thier Cost Thier Service ! And Quality Of physicians !
