I was recently involved in a car accident and had to be seen in the ER. I was still experiencing significant pain afterward and contacted this office because Dr. Grana was going to be my new PCP and I needed follow-up care. I explained that this was an urgent situation, but I was told I could not be given an earlier appointment because the doctor had not seen me yet. I was a patient at this practice when they had a doctor who worked Thursday evenings. When he left, I left. This clinic's hours proved to be a real problem for me, with my work schedule. They're a primary care medical office -- 8am-5pm weekdays just does not cut it in the 21st century. The place I have used since leaving LG Health is open for primary care appointments from 7am-8pm M-Th, and 7am-5pm Fri. Weird how they're still doing the whole mask thing inside. Ladies at the front desk are very loud and gossipy amongst each other. Half the time I can barely hear the one I'm talking to upon check in/out.

I have no problem with the Doctors in the group. The office is very poorly managed. You call to get appointment or advise due to health issue and they never call back. They lie and tell you they have a note in chart that someone contacted you or that there phones were not working. Thank God that my injury did not cause death. There could have been and could continue to be a risk of that, you never know. The office never called back for 4 days. Asked to speak with management they did not return call either.
