Friendly staff, clean facility.
My daughters and I have been patients here for 15 years. I just had the most unprofessional experience at the front desk. It is a shame because we have always received great care from the doctors and other staff. This experience was so poor and has ruined my respect for the practice that my family and I will not be returning.
If you end up having Dr Wayman, you’d be better served using webMD for your issues. He lacks any amount of empathy, and tried to move my medication plan based on assumptions that were never discussed. Don’t waste your time with him. The rest of the staff have been great, but he’s definitely a stain.
I have always been happy with the care my husband and I have received at this practice. Today I was greatly impressed with their level of care. From the first person I spoke with, I was treated with concern for my symptoms and every attempt was made to give me an appointment in a filled schedule. Since this was not possible, the nurse found an appointment at an urgent care near me and even scheduled the appointment. I can't say enough about the excellent care of all the staff at this facility.
