There is something special about having a provider who knows your whole family. Over the years, Erica Jones NP has cared for me and my husband,daughter,and granddaughter , and that have to explain everything from the beginning. She already understood the context, which made me feel truly seen and supported. This is the kind of old-fashioned, relationship-based medicine that is becoming harder to find. I do not recommend Erica Jones - NP to any young adults, especially those dealing with mental health issues of any sorts. She is not empathetic in the least bit and will try to gaslight you into her beliefs. Multiple times I told her our treatment plan was not working but she insisted on it anyways. I cannot speak for the other practitioners, but I hope she becomes more understanding with her patients and listens to them.
