I have had wonderful experiences and recommend constantly. Dr. Delgadillo is incredible, Dr. Cuneo is amazing, and so is Dr. Panzera. Sharon the nurse in Urgent care is everything. I have shown up from an ER visit, passed out upon reaching the door and got help. I got both of my parents to switch to this doctor's office. I am not sure what the complaints are coming from . Patient portal is pretty great for getting in touch with doctors . If a script is sent electronically, a new paper script would have to be written.
I am a Proud Patient of Dr Kim Miller, if they had more physicians like her, I'd just have to schedule appointments, not schedule with a certain Doctors. She is as caring as they come! Her bedside manner is off the charts. I told my neighbors about her and I know 3 of them now go to LGH Pburg for all there medical needs. I've bragged about her so much, its getting a Lil bit harder to book with her, so I will probably NOT say more after this... I'm sorry, I just am not willing to give her up, ever.
Dr Cuneo and the staff here have been amazing since my journey began in April 2024. They’re very attentive and responsive to any/all concerns. As a new patient, I had to wait some time, but despite the long wait for my initial appointment, this has exceeded my medical journey experiences elsewhere. I’m so appreciative at the thoughtfulness and care they’ve provided me so far, and find it so valuable to have them also do a lot of things in house, under the same roof (bloodwork, imaging, etc). Dr Delgadillo was always professional amd explained things
dr Cuneo is amazing but unfortunately this office has trouble getting things done in a timely manner and consistently delays my referrals, scripts and care. It’s super hard to get an appointment and I have had frequent issues with them not calling me back with answers to my questions and not answering the messages sent through the patient portal. It took weeks of calling regularly to get them to send the script to a specialist they referred me to see. And every time I called they told me they had submitted it but it was neve... read more
