I brought my 11 year old son there.. biggest mistake! First off the new doctor, who looked like he was 18 years old, laughed at me when I said no to the HPV shot for my CHILD. He continued to mock the pushback and when I told him to just write that it was for religious reasons, he questioned that- also with a mocking tone. I called him out and told him how unprofessional it was to be laughing at a parent. I am disgusted and wouldn’t even go back there for a band aide!!!
I made an appointment for 02/05/26 because I been concerned about my heath for months hoping they’ll grab me in asap. When I arrived to see a doctor they moved my appointment to 05/07/26 that’s crazy to me they don’t care. I’m so so disappointed ☹️ no communication, no texts , no calls.. woww.
Terrible with communication. Appointments being pushed 3 months out with no call, text, email or any type of notification about changes. Don't waste your time here.
They need a new Receptionist . Very rude, obviously they hate their job.
I’ve always had a good experience at Penn Medicine in Oxford. Their availability is usually very good and will see you quickly. The doctors and nurses are attentive and knowledgeable.
