I made an appointment for 02/05/26 because I been concerned about my heath for months hoping they’ll grab me in asap. When I arrived to see a doctor they moved my appointment to 05/07/26 that’s crazy to me they don’t care. I’m so so disappointed ☹️ no communication, no texts , no calls.. woww.
Terrible with communication. Appointments being pushed 3 months out with no call, text, email or any type of notification about changes. Don't waste your time here.
They need a new Receptionist . Very rude, obviously they hate their job.
I’ve always had a good experience at Penn Medicine in Oxford. Their availability is usually very good and will see you quickly. The doctors and nurses are attentive and knowledgeable.
25 minutes after appt time to be seen.. We were the only patients in the waiting room. I know sometimes appointments get pushed back. So I gave Grace. But until I spoke up I have a feeling we were forgotten about.. Not impressed.
